Do you need a Fiancé Visa Letter for an Australian Visa application?
We are fully qualified marriage celebrants and we can issue the letter and lodge the Notice of Intended Marriage form required by the Australian Department of Home Affairs when applying for an Australian Fiancè Visa.
In most cases we can have the letter issued to you the same day or within 24 hours for just $175.
It is a requirement for you to have a wedding date booked (flexible dates are fine) and to have a letter issued by a registered marriage celebrant, (we do that for you) and to also submit and have lodged the Notice of Intended Marriage form, and we do that for you. All for just $175. Yes, you can change the wedding date.

The easy steps
Complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) form.
Download the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) form HERE Take it to a police station, doctor, lawyer, or JP to have your signatures witnessed, (NOT A CHEMIST).
We can also witness your signatures over Zoom or Facetime 7 days a week. (additional fee of $25).

We need some information to enable us to prepare the legal documents required for the Fiancé Visa Letter.
We just need your names, proposed date of marriage, venue name if you have one, and contact details.
Final steps
Email the NOIM form & copies of passports to us and then we email the letter and lodged NOIM form to you normally within 24 hours. Email to info@fiancevisaletters.com.au

When applying for the Fiance Visa or Prospective Marriage Visa you are required to have a wedding date booked in with a marriage celebrant. We will place a date or date range on the letter which shows a wedding is booked in.

We recommend that a chosen wedding date is at least 6-12 months in advance. Once the visa is approved we can then marry you anytime in the next 9 months. We can also use a date range for the prospective wedding date, for example. From December 1st 2023-March 1st 2024.

Yes, this is very easy and there is one free date change included in our costs and then just $45 to issue a new letter with a new wedding date.

As we do not know when the visa is being approved it is not a requirement that you must book a venue for oyur wedding. We can put the botanic gardens in each city, or you may want the wedding at your home, or church. Just let us know which venue you want or we will choose one for you. This is only for the letter for immigration and is not a booking.
